What we collect
When you book an appointment or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, contact details, insurance details and the health information you share with your physio.
How we use it
We use your details to provide treatment, send appointment reminders and rehab programmes, bill your insurer and reply to your messages. We never sell your information.
Health records
Your clinical notes are stored securely and only seen by the physios treating you. We keep them for as long as the law requires, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@pivot.clinic.
Appointments and payments
Sessions are paid on the day unless billed to your insurer. Cancel or move for free up to 24 hours before. Unused pack sessions are refunded on request.
